Building Information Model Ltd. is a non-profit company that supports BIM standardisation in Finland, and works as a legal agent for the standardization cooperation.

Rakennustietomalli Oy:n yhteydessä toimii buildingSMART Finland, joka on Suomen merkittävin avoin tietomallintamisen yhteistyöfoorumi.  

Rakennustietomalli Oy huolehtii verkoston ylläpitämisestä, taloudesta ja toimistopalveluista.

Previously under the authority of the Building Information Foundation (RTS) as a separate committee buildingSMART Finland, which has worked, moved to Building Information Model Ltd., owned by RTS in 2021. At the same time, buildingSMART Finland became an independent Chapter International buildingSMART International.

Tommi Arola serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Rakennustietomalli Oy. The members of the company's board:
